Jamun is sourced directly from growers within the network of Sahyadri Farms, harvested at optimal ripeness to retain its natural colour, tartness, and depth of flavour.
The fruit is carefully crushed and fermented under controlled conditions to preserve its distinctive dark fruit character, soft tannins, and natural balance.
The wine is rested in temperature-controlled cellars, allowing its texture to round out and the finish to become smooth, structured, and elegantly dry.
